Healthy Dinner
Sauteed brussel sprouts (SOMEbody got me hooked on them), eggplants and tofu. I cooked each separately to keep the sprouts crunchy (with salt and garlic) and a firmer tofu texture (with Worcestershire sauce, salt and garlic). I added tandoori spice to the eggplant. I love the taste and color. No pictures tonight, but I hope I gave good description. I plan on imitating Athens, Ga. hot spot The Grit's tofu they serve in their dish called the Golden Bowl. I need more ingredients but my tofu this evening went well. Delish.
